heyo!
don’t worry, your english turned out fine, dude.

as a foreword of warning,
it is best that you don’t use this post as a standalone tutorial,
instead, try to use it as a study aid to help you make sense of real-life references.
(same applies for any decent “art tutorial” out there, really. :p)

bolded numbers correspond to the numbers on this post’s pictures.

okay I think this covers the basics of the way I do my lineart, hopefully it’ll be helpful enough! if something’s unclear don’t be afraid to shoot me an ask about it.

enjoy and dON’T GIVE UP it might get really frustrating at times with all the control z-ing and re-drawing lines but the more you do it, the quicker it’ll get to get them right the first time around and the better you’ll become at it so yes, good luck friends.

This is a summary of college only using two pictures; expensive as hell.

That’s my Sociology “book”. In fact what it is is a piece of paper with codes written on it to allow me to access an electronic version of a book. I was told by my professor that I could not buy any other paperback version, or use another code, so I was left with no option other than buying a piece of paper for over $200. Best part about all this is my professor wrote the books; there’s something hilariously sadistic about that. So I pretty much doled out $200 for a current edition of an online textbook that is no different than an older, paperback edition of the same book for $5; yeah, I checked. My mistake for listening to my professor.

This is why we download.

Spreading this shit like nutella because goddamn textbooks are so expensive.

Tuesday Tips - TEETH!Always a good tool to have in your “drawing arsenal”. In general, less in more. The less you pay attention to the individual teeth, the better. But, sometimes, a certain character or situation will call upon your knowledge of the pearly whites.-Norm

Hopefully it can be useful for any of you out there <3

some eye studies, since my art feels kinda stale recently. Out of my favourite artists I think these guys have the most interesting ways of doing eyes. Interestingly I realised that all the artists I love draw really bold eyelashes, which is something I’ve avoided since like…year 7, when the art teacher made us do portraits and told us not to draw the individual eyelashes XD.So, from…top to bottom?loishBlad MoranHikari shimodaReduviid(you should go check them out and stuff :P)(literally just eyeballed *snrk* from their paintings, so all the ideas and amazingness is sadly not mine!)
